I was granted the chance to review a product I have been wanting to try for a while. It is called Garcinia Cambogia; it is intended to help you lose weight and is a natural supplement. So you can imagine I was thrilled to get the product for review.
If you do not know about this product, I suggest you do some research and you will find it is being called one of the biggest weight loss breakthroughs ever.

Hello everyone!! I have not written in a long while. Have had a bit of a block on what to write about, until today. I have this phobia of the phone, or that is making calls when I do not know what I am talking about and it spills over into things I do know about. Even answering the phone at times is not possible. Let me explain what brought this up right now.
About 6 years, maybe even 7 years ago, I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea, and ordered a machine to help me keep breathing at night while I slept. I had a terrible experience with the company that I got the machine from and once I had the machine never called them again. I have since been paying for the supplies, ie masks, filters, tubing etc, out of pocket as I didn’t know where to turn for supplies. Actually about a year after I got the machine I called my insurance to find out if the supplies were covered, the problem was every number the insurance gave me was disconnected or a wrong number. At the time my mom was in town and helping me make these calls, but we got no where!
I have a few friends over in the UK that have told me of an issue where the government has hired a private company to review all cases of those on disability to see if the recipients of the benefits are physically capable of working. This isn’t as of yet affecting those in the United States but the word is that this too will be happening here in the future. There has basically been a nationwide uproar in the UK as they are unfairly sending most benefit recipients back to work even when they are not able to work or after a short time end up losing their job or having to leave it due to being unwell. It’s very stressful for those with a physical disability but can you can imagine the affect that it has had upon those with Mental Illnesses? When a claimant is

Clinical health psychologist David Engstrom conducted extensive research on the connection between depression and obesity and published his findings. Dr. Engstrom’s work is similar to what many other health experts have been alluding to over the years: being overweight leads to depression. According to Engstrom, the leading causes of weight gain are lack of physical activity and increased appetite, which incidentally are symptoms of depression. Therefore, it is quite clear that there is some link between the two.
Not only does Dr. Engstrom highlight the fact that obesity can cause depression, but has also hinted that weight loss can help alleviate many of the symptoms of depression. As published in his findings, his subjects had a better Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) score after losing weight. BDI is a widely used measure for depression. Prior to weight loss, the same subjects had a significantly higher BDI score. This enabled him to float the idea that losing weight could help ease off depression in obese people. (photo courtesy)

Several studies have shown that obesity and depression are linked. People with excess weight can experience depression. This is because they suffer from low self-esteem and have a hard time being accepted by people around them. People suffering from obesity have a 20% greater chance of being depressed. Also, it has been noted that females, and those of low socioeconomic status, are more likely to feel depressed if they are overweight. Therefore, it comes as no surprise that depression and obesity are connected in a way.
Similarly, depression can lead to obesity. This is because depression creates a hormonal setting that favors weight gain. Moreover, depressed individuals have difficulty following a fitness program. Their negative thoughts do not support the achievement of their goals.
Here is another really fun giveaway put on by another blogger friend of mine. I think you will like this one and the prize would make a wonderful gift. This ends 12/10/13 at midnight, so don’t delay get your entries in.
I am and have been for a long time, a huge fan of Lugz shoes and boots. I am your typical woman who loves her shoes, handbags and jewelry. Lugz allows me to feed my addiction. I received the Women’s Sophia boots in black and they are chic and stylish and so comfortable. I love that I can wear them casually with a pair of jeans and a t-shirt or dress them up with slacks and a pretty blouse.
